3. Orders & Payment
• Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
• All prices are displayed in euro's and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery
• We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your details are correct.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.
• If an order is not received, we will start an investigation with the courier. Depending on the outcome, we may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

 

5. Returns & Refunds
• Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• A full refund of the product price will be issued once we receive and inspect the return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. If approved, we will cover the return costs and send a replacement at no charge.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

• TattooCare Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
