How to Use the Cream

1. Clean the area with soap and water.
2. Place a warm towel on the skin for 5 minutes, then dry well.
3. Massage in a generous layer of cream.
4. Apply a second, thicker coat (about 2–3 mm).
5. Cover with plastic wrap to lock in warmth and keep the cream active.
6. Let it sit for 50–60 minutes for lighter comfort or 60–70 minutes for deeper effect.
7. Remove the wrap, wipe away the cream, and cleanse the skin with alcohol before starting.

Allergy:

Most people tolerate the cream well, but allergic reactions can occur, usually related to epinephrine. If you have heart problems, very high or low blood pressure, liver or kidney issues, or are pregnant/breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use. Avoid alcohol and certain medications before applying, as they may reduce effectiveness.

Possible mild reactions may include dizziness, nausea, blurred vision, or skin irritation. Severe reactions are rare, but if you experience breathing difficulties, rash, or swelling, stop using immediately and seek medical advice.

Redness of the skin does not always mean allergy, it can also indicate the cream is working as intended.

Important

• One 10g tube is suitable for an area of 10 cm x 10 cm. If you apply it to a larger surface, the effect may be weaker or even ineffective. Use multiple tubes for larger areas to achieve the best results.
• Avoid alcohol, beer, milk, or dairy products 24 hours before treatment, as these can reduce the effectiveness of the cream.
• Once opened, the tube should be used as soon as possible. Do not store for later sessions, as contact with oxygen can reduce effectiveness.
• Not suitable for everyone: people with heart conditions, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, depression, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or those who are pregnant/breastfeeding, or allergic to any ingredient should not use this product.
• Using the cream in combination with excessive alcohol or drug use may reduce its effectiveness.

Safety Information:

Possible signs of a serious allergic reaction to lidocaine include:
• Noticeable changes in heart rate
• Seizures
• Localized chest pain

If you experience any of these symptoms, seek emergency medical attention immediately.
